What is the process of working with us once you get in touch?
The biggest challenge for our customers is the multitude of component suppliers. Executing or implementing a project designed in a separate construction office can significantly increase time or generate additional costs, so at Prasmet we make sure that the customer has everything in one place for the production of details.
Preparation of tool design
We start by designing a structure tool that is optimized for its use. We are not interested in the design itself, we want the product to be useful.
Manufacturing and assembling the tool
At this stage, we manufacture the components that make up the tool's structure. Everything is done according to a previously prepared design in our own tool shop.
Implementation of the tool on the machine park
We verify the correct operation of the instrument. For this purpose, we run the instrument for the first time on our machine park (automatic presses).
Preparation of workpieces for measurement validation
We provide conditions for the supply of products that are verified and measurement stable.
